You have at least two tools to use to become familiar with notes on the staff. The first is to create some flash cards and drill yourself. Another is to use Pratica Musica to drill on the notes of the treble and bass clefs.
Start up Practica Musica. Under the "Activities" menu pick "2. Pitch Reading":
Activities have different levels of complexity. This week, pick "Level 1. Naturals":
Continue with the exercise until the meter on the left of the screen fills up and the bell rings.
