Manuel Rocha Iturbide studied at Mills College, the University of Paris VIII and at IRCAM. Currently he is working at IRCAM doing research and developing a granular synthesis program using FOF's as grains.

Carlos Sandoval from Cuernavaca, Mexico is "developing some projects on computer-controlled acoustic instruments to be plyed along with live folk percussion instruments". He is trying "to establish contact with another contemporary music institution". ARTURO SALINAS: composer and teacher of composition, he lives in Monterrey. He studied in the USA and Europe and was member of the ICMA. One piece of his was performed in the ICMC '92 in San Jose.
